Delete Account — ผูกดวง

ผูกดวง does not require account registration. You use the app with an anonymous identifier generated by your device.

1. Local Data (on your device)

Birth profiles and app preferences are stored locally on your device only.

  • Delete individual profile — open the profile in the app and tap the trash icon
  • Remove all local data — uninstall the app. This permanently removes everything stored on your device

2. Server-Side Data (anonymous)

The following data is stored on our server, linked only to an anonymous user identifier (no name, email, or phone number):

  • Referral codes you created and any reward history
  • Promo codes you redeemed
  • Hermes (AI) chat history and daily message quota
  • Push notification registration token (if notifications are enabled)

3. How to Request Server-Side Deletion

Send an email to deviotauto@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my data".

To help us locate your records, please include your Anonymous User ID. You can find it inside the app:

  1. Open the app and go to the Profiles screen
  2. Tap the menu (☰) or About / Settings
  3. Copy the ID shown next to "User ID" (starts with $RCAnonymousID:)

If you no longer have access to the app, simply email us with the approximate date and time of your last use, and we will do our best to locate and remove the data.

Response time: Within 48 hours
Completion time: All server-side records will be removed within 30 days of your request, in accordance with the Google Play User Data policy.

4. About Pro Purchases

Your Pro entitlement is linked to your anonymous user ID. If you delete your data or reinstall the app, your ID will change and your previous purchase will not transfer automatically.

If you have purchased Pro and need to restore it after a reinstall, open the paywall in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". If that does not work, contact us at the email above with your Google Play order ID.
