Privacy Policy — ผูกดวง

This Privacy Policy describes how ผูกดวง ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information across Android and iOS platforms. We do not require an account, and we never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other directly identifying information.

1. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following information is stored only on your device (Android SharedPreferences / iOS UserDefaults). It is not uploaded anywhere unless you choose to use a feature that requires it (see Section 2).

• Birth profiles you create (name label, date, time, place — name is a free-text label and may be anything you choose)
• App preferences and onboarding state
• An anonymous user identifier generated by the RevenueCat SDK (used to associate purchases with your installation; not linked to any personal information)

Uninstalling the app removes all data stored locally on your device.

2. Information Sent to Our Server

Some features require our server to function. When you use these features, the following data is transmitted to our server at *.teeyai.in.th, linked only to the anonymous user identifier described above:

• Hermes AI chat — when you send a message, your message and the relevant astrology context are sent to our server, which forwards the request to DeepSeek (an AI service provider) for response generation. We retain a copy of message history to enforce daily quotas and improve service quality.
• Referral program — when you create or redeem a referral code, the code and your anonymous user identifier are stored to credit rewards and prevent abuse.
• Promo codes — when you redeem a promo code, the code and your anonymous user identifier are stored to prevent reuse.
• Welcome bonus — when granted, this is recorded once per anonymous user identifier.
• Push notification registration token — if you grant the notification permission, your device's push token is sent to our server so we can deliver notifications.
• Personalized notification preferences (optional) — if you keep "✨ แจ้งเตือนตามดวงของคุณ" enabled in Settings, three values derived locally from the birth profile you designate as yours are also sent: your western zodiac sign (one of twelve: aries..pisces), Thai weekday of birth (one of seven: sun..sat), and Buddhist Era birth year. These keys are used to choose which notification copy to send you (for example, a Leo born on a Wednesday receives different morning copy than a Pisces born on a Sunday). Your raw birth date, time, and location are not sent. You can disable this at any time in Settings → "✨ แจ้งเตือนตามดวงของคุณ" → off; the server will then clear these three fields and you will receive generic notifications instead.

Astrology calculations (birth chart, mahadasha, transits) are performed entirely on your device. Your raw birth data (date, time, location) is never sent to our server. The only birth-related information that may be sent — and only if you opt in to personalized notifications — is the three derived keys described above.

3. Third-Party Services

The app integrates the following third-party services. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how data sent to that service is handled.

• RevenueCat (purchase management) — handles in-app purchases and subscription state. Receives the anonymous user identifier and store-specific purchase tokens (Google Play billing tokens on Android, Apple StoreKit transaction identifiers on iOS). Privacy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/
• DeepSeek (AI chat provider, via our server) — receives the text of your Hermes messages and the astrology context. Does not receive your anonymous user identifier or location. Privacy: https://chat.deepseek.com/privacy
• Google Play Install Referrer (Android only) — when you install the app from a link on horomutelu.in.th via Google Play, Google Play provides the referrer parameters so we can pre-fill your birth profile in the app. No additional data is shared. This service is not used on iOS.
• Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging + Analytics + Remote Config) — used to deliver push notifications, measure aggregate feature usage, and remotely configure feature flags. Firebase automatically receives a Firebase Installation ID, your device's IP address, and basic device information (OS version, app version) when the app is running. We use Firebase Analytics for aggregate, non-advertising product analytics (such as feature taps and conversion events like welcome bonus received). We do not link this data to advertising networks. We do not enable Crashlytics or In-App Messaging. Privacy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Cloudflare (edge networking + Turnstile bot protection) — provides edge networking for our server and a privacy-preserving bot challenge (Turnstile). Receives requests as a normal HTTPS reverse proxy. Privacy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
• Apple App Store / Google Play — the operating platforms that distribute the app and process purchases. Each platform's standard privacy policy applies to data they collect (Apple: apple.com/legal/privacy, Google: policies.google.com/privacy).

We do not integrate any advertising networks, marketing analytics, social media SDKs, or behavioral tracking services. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites (App Tracking Transparency / IDFA is not used).

4. Permissions

The app may request the following permissions, each only when needed:

• Internet — required for Hermes chat, referral, promo, purchases, and push notifications
• Notifications — requested after you have used the app's value features, so you can choose whether to receive reminders (Android 13+ runtime permission / iOS authorization prompt)
• Advertising ID (Android only) — declared in the manifest because the RevenueCat SDK uses it for fraud prevention on in-app purchases. We do not use it for advertising. You can reset or opt out at any time in Android settings. On iOS we do not request App Tracking Transparency / IDFA

The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, files, precise location, biometrics, or motion sensors.

5. Data Encryption and Security

All data transmitted between the app and our server is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Data sent to third-party services is also transmitted over HTTPS.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can request deletion of server-side data at any time. See the Delete Account page for details on how to request deletion and what data we hold.

Local data on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app.

7. Children's Privacy

This application is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Because we do not collect personal information, we have no means of identifying children specifically.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as features change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
